At DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung, we always strive to meet your specific requirements in high quality and to ensure legal compliance. The integrated management system (IMS), introduced and put into practice, forms the basis for this. Our comprehensive certifications will show you of how far-ranging our skills are.
Our certifications
- Certification/conformity as a maintenance provider (ECM 4) according to EU Regulation 779/2019
- Certification of the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
- Certification of the environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001
Our regulatory approvals
- Welding certifications for each depot in accordance with DIN EN 15085-2 (previously 6700-2)
- Authorised testing centres for non-destructive testing (NDT) for each depot in accordance with DIN 27201-7
- Certification for thermal spraying for each depot in accordance with DIN 27201-10
- Approval for adhesive bonding for each depot in accordance with DIN 6701-2
- VPI technical assessment for the Paderborn Depot in accordance with the European Maintenance Guide (VPI-EMG)
- Certified waste management company for the brokering of waste pursuant to Section 56 of the German Waste Management Act (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz, “KrWG”) in conjunction with the Ordinance on Certified Waste Management Companies
