Repair of electronic components.

Article: Munich central electronics workshop

Our maintenance depot was founded in 1906 and has been operated under the name "Elektronikzentralwerk" (EZW), which translates as central electronics workshop, since 2013. EZW Munich is our manufacturer-independent, efficient and economical service provider of electronic maintenance for railway components.

It serves the order fulfilment for railway companies as well as for companies of the infrastructure and communication technology. In this context, numerous electronic components are repaired, primarily but not exclusively in the field of control electronics. Furthermore, EZW Munich plays a central role in the field of obsolescence management at DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung.
