Article: Radiant success despite rain showers at transport logistic 2023
In may, the trade fair transport logistic finally opened its doors again in Munich for the first time since 2019 and brought together the international logistics industry over four days. DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung was also on site with an exhibition stand. The wide-ranging product portfolio was presented to the trade public on two floors.
After a three-year break, the time had come again: the international trade fair "transport logistic" for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management attracted visitors from all over the world to the Trade Fair Center at Messe München from 9 to 12 May. The four-day event is regarded in the logistics industry as the leading platform for international networking - the ideal platform for the exchange of ideas, innovations and best practices. Under this year's motto "Experience Connectivity", more than 75,000 visitors from over 120 countries and 2,320 exhibitors from 67 countries came together to talk about the sustainable and efficient logistics of the future.
DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung invited to exchange views
In addition to DB Cargo, DB Schenker and DB Netz, DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung was also available as a competent partner to the trade public for questions and numerous discussions with expertise. This year's trade fair container concept came into its own directly at the east entrance: on two floors with a presentation area and an additional meeting room, DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung invited visitors to lively exchanges and intensive discussions. A broad product portfolio was presented to existing and potential new customers: Flexible and competent brake component supply, comprehensive overhauls and material kits for locomotives, full service for freight transport, the digital products of Colibri for the smart rail vehicles of tomorrow as well as the cooperation in the European project Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC).
The feedback from the visitors was consistently positive. Nicole Friedrich, Chairwoman of the Management Board of DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung, proudly thanked the stand crew for their efforts: "A big thank you to our stand crew, who kept up the good mood at the stand both in the sunshine and in the rain!
