We like to take responsibility
As a strong partner for the maintenance of rail vehicles and their components, we take a special responsibility. Safety and quality are our top priorities - with a focus on vehicle availability, we make a sustainable contribution to traffic growth as well as to our customers.
Our social commitment also includes securing the company's success through a system for the early detection of compliance risks in the company, various measures to increase energy efficiency and climate neutrality, the promotion and consolidation of diversity within and outside our company and, in particular, responsibility for our own employees.
Quality and safety
We ensure the quality of the railway vehicles and components we maintain through defined processes, key performance indicators and regular assessments, thereby contributing to safety in rail transport.
Health and safety at work
We provide safe and healthy workplaces. We systematically identify and assess hazards; we reduce risks through programmes with clear responsibilities, target values and regular monitoring of relevant key performance indicators. We encourage consultation and participation by our employees and their representatives.
Environment and climate
We protect the environment and climate, regularly assess our significant environmental aspects and implement measures to prevent environmental pollution. We reduce our emissions and other environmental impacts within the framework of legal and operational requirements and continuously improve our environmental performance.
Joint commitments
We identify and meet all customer specifications as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We continuously improve our management systems and performance in quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety. We derive measurable objectives from this policy and regularly review their effectiveness.
